Update:  These two boys now have a wonderful forever home in Missouri.  We are desperately hoping that two other horses abandoned by the same owner will be as fortunate.

These two young Arabian geldings were nearly starved and dehydrated to death last winter.  Even so, they were more fortunate than two of their pasture mates.  I use the term "pasture" loosely.  They were among 6 horses in a barren 2 acre mud pit.  If that wasn't bad enough, they were then placed into a boarding facility by their owner and promptly abandoned.  They came very close to being sent to slaughter.

Copper and Remington are approximately 3 and 4 years old.  They have very dog-like personalities and absolutely crave affection.  They desperately need forever adoption homes.
